The shop was immaculately clean. The gluten free option was the best my wife has ever had. I had the grilled cod which was perfectly cooked. The gravy was delicious and the portions a perfect size. Well done team Ramsbottom!
Visited 15/7/21 Love coming here when I'm in Hove, it's a great place for some excellent fish and chips. And at pretty reasonable prices. So if you are in Hove why not call in?

I grew up in Leeds and Liverpool. So I'm used to the best fish and chips the nation can offer. Living in Hove for the past 15 years and this shop makes the BEST fish and chips EVER. Beautifully cooked delicious fresh fish in what is like Tempura batter, lightly cooked chips from best quality potatoes. Too many chippies overcook and the batter is too thick. Ramsbottoms however does it just right. Excellent!
